Rental Terms & Cancellation Policy

Effective October 6, 2026. Your signed invoice controls if it differs.

Quotes and payment

Quotes list the unit, delivery and pickup, any same-day rush fee, fuel fee, card fee and tax. Orders are confirmed when paid. Card payments carry a card fee. Business accounts may request invoicing.

Delivery

Same-day delivery depends on truck and unit availability and carries a rush fee; units arrive during the day without a set window. Weekend events are usually delivered Friday and picked up Monday at no extra charge.

Rental periods

Jobsite rentals are one flat rental for up to a month with weekly cleaning, then renew monthly until you request pickup. Event rentals cover the event with day-before delivery.

Cancellation

• Cancel or reschedule at least 24 business hours before delivery for a full refund.
• Same-day orders cannot be cancelled once a truck is dispatched.
• Once delivered, the rental has started.

Access and damage

• Provide flat, reachable ground and gate, alley or dock instructions.
• Extra charges may apply if the truck cannot reach the unit.
• You are responsible for damage, vandalism or theft while the unit is on site.
